Work is weird. People are weirder. Let’s make it better.
Hi, I’m Kristen - coach, facilitator, trainer, and perpetual translator between business strategy and human behavior.
I help individuals, teams, and organizations navigate the beautifully messy stuff at the heart of performance: communication, conflict, clarity, growth - the organizational weather system that no KPI ever measures.
Before starting my own practice in 2021, I led global learning and development at the Wikimedia Foundation. (Yes, the Wikipedia one. Yes, the internet is still a strange place.)
Over the years, I’ve worked with scientists, technologists, nonprofit leaders, family offices, and the Fortune 50 - all trying to do something meaningful without losing their minds or their people.
I don’t believe you’re broken. I believe complexity is normal, humans are weird, and most “people problems” are actually solvable once you stop pretending you're a robot.
