My name is Kristen, and I specialize in getting to the root of the people dynamics at the heart of business challenges. 



Throughout my career, I've worked side-by-side with scientists, technologists, academics, and leaders to provide people and organizational development solutions to address some of the world's most complex problems.



My most recent leadership role was Director of Global Learning and Development at the Wikimedia Foundation. 



In 2021, I started my independent consulting practice, serving clients ranging from an ultra high net worth family office to a Fortune 50 company, a free speech nonprofit, and a community bank.
