  • Format: You’ll receive 8 personalized 1:1 sessions (via Zoom), spaced across 12 weeks. Each session is 60–75 minutes, and we’ll tailor the pacing to your energy and availability.

  • Foundational Assessment: We begin with the Leadership Circle Profile™ 360, a rich, data-driven view of your current leadership patterns. You'll receive a 90-minute debrief to harvest insights and anchor our work.

  • Tailored growth map: We’ll spend 2–3 focused sessions translating your insights into a clear, personalized map for growth - one that highlights where to shift, what to practice, and how to sustain real change.

  • Ongoing Integration: The growth doesn’t stop when summer ends. You’ll receive a series of 3 micro-pulse surveys and debriefs over 6 months - a way to harvest insight, track your evolution, and keep your development alive through the seasons ahead.

  • Price: The full season is $5,999 - including your 360, sessions, integration support, pulse check-ins, and a few grounded surprises.
