Leader Identity - Our inner dynamics impact outer dynamics. Understand the aspects of our identity that may help us or hold us back as leaders, and how to amplify the qualities we want to scale in our organizations and the world.
Navigating complexity - Get clear about our relationship to our context, and learn to influence the systems we want to impact with practical frameworks.
Sense Making - Learn and practice the skill of “talking sense“ in order to be a leader that people want to move towards, rather than away from, against, or around.
